Mr. Battaglia joined Jani‑King in August 2015 as Regional Director of Montgomery and Dothan. In 2018, he was promoted to Executive Director of Jani‑King Gulf Coast. In 2023, Mr. Battaglia relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he served as Regional Director of Jani‑King of Dallas. In 2025, he returned to Alabama and resumed his role as Regional Director of Jani‑King of Montgomery and Dothan. Now Mr. Battaglia is back as Executive Director. Before joining Enmon Enterprises, Mr. Battaglia spent 25 years in retail management, bringing with him a strong background in operations, leadership, and customer service. He was born and raised in Connecticut and brings a steady, people‑focused approach to supporting Franchise Owners and clients across the Montgomery, Dothan, Mobile, and Pensacola markets.
